There is No Place Like TOKYO

The last week of April called Golden Week here in Japan and they have a national holiday for the whole week and sometimes even more so that people can travel, have fun and enjoy their life. This Golden Week, I went to Tokyo with my husband. Tokyo is one of the biggest city in the World and way more fun than you can expect. Tokyo is big, busy and brilliant, in one word, it's just unbelievable. At the same time, it is also the most expensive city in the world, can you imagine??

Here I am sharing few most beautiful and famous spots in Tokyo you would love to explore..!!

Ginza

Ginza is basically the most expensive shopping street in the world. There is nothing cheap and it is enhanced with all various high-end brands such as Gucci, Chanel, Dior, Cartier, Gorgio Armani, Coach, Dolce & Gabbana, Jimmy Choo and many more...
Since Japanese people live a luxurious life and love to shop high-end brands, Ginza has become their favorite spot. You can explore the Ginza street in a more pleasant way when the Chuo-Dori street is closed to automobiles. The street gets closed in the afternoon on weekends and National holidays. So this is the best time to explore Ginza.

Roppongi

Wanna see the Tokyo nightlife? Stop at Roppongi...
Roppongi is the best place for party animals and those who love to drink, dance, clubs, and bars. Some people love to be in Roppongi at the same time it leaves some bad impression to other people for its nightlife.
Apart from the nightlife, there are so many things you can do in Roppongi, including shopping, eating, exploring new things, and observing the beautiful view of Tokyo city from Roppongi Hills.
Around 1km, you can get to the Tokyo Tower, you can say it's a copy to the Eiffel Tower. This is the most beautiful thing to do near Roppongi or even in Tokyo. It looks very beautiful because it is Dark orange (or Maybe Red). So definitely go to Roppongi and enjoy viewing Tokyo tower or taking some beautiful pictures.

Shibuya

Shibuya is the best place for people like me who love shopping. Shibuya represents one of the biggest shopping streets in Tokyo. It is also popular as the busiest and colorful districts of Tokyo.
From the Shibuya station at Hachiko exit, you can see the world's largest intersection (Scramble crossing). Around 3000 people cross the scramble every time the street light turns green. It's pretty good to take a memorable picture or make a video. If you want to buy some souvenir for your loved one, I will recommend the Mega Donqi in Shibuya, this is the place you can buy the best souvenirs at a very reasonable price.

Asakusa

Asakusa is a traditional side of Japan. It is known for one of the Japanese oldest temples Sensoji. Sensoji is a very old and popular Buddhist temple and also the main attraction of Asakusa. The street around Sensoji is full of Traditional goods and souvenirs. If you are planning to go visit Asakusa, definitely buy some traditional Japanese souvenirs for your loved one.
Another main attraction at Asakusa is the Tokyo Skytree. Tokyo Skytree is beautiful architecture and one of the highest towers in the world.

Odaiba City

Odaiba is also known as the biggest man-made island in Tokyo Bay. It is huge, expensive and full of entertainment. There are so many things to do in Odaiba. It is my favorite place in Tokyo.
Few main attractions of Odaiba are...
The Unicorn Gundam
Statue of Liberty
Rainbow Bridge
Decks
Joy Polis
Venus Fort
Teamlab Borderless
You can do even more, it's a highly recommended place in my list.

Akihabara

Akihabara is known as 'Electric Town' and also called Akiba in short. It is a district of Tokyo full of Electronic shops and goods. You can buy any electronic good in Akiba very easily (I bought my first Digital camera too). Akiba is a cool place for the game and Anime lovers or you can say, it is full of Anime and Games. It is also very popular for maid or theme cafe. You can enjoy having a coffee with cats, with the owl, with snakes (scar right??), or with Gundam.

These are the places I visited and recommend to visit in Tokyo, hope you like it. If you have any other recommendation, let me know in the comment box below.
